Exchange and Return Policy

At Dekolte.com.tr, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the special nature of the evening dresses we offer for sale, we carefully define our post-sale procedures in terms of hygiene and product safety. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, including Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Right of Withdrawal, Return, and Exchange

Evening dresses and special occasion dresses offered for sale on Dekolte.com.tr are considered products that require special care in terms of re-saleability and usage sensitivity. Therefore, returns are not accepted.

No exchange or return is available for international orders.

For domestic orders, you may request an exchange only for size changes, provided that your request is made within 3 days from the delivery date of the product.

You may send your item for exchange free of charge through DHL branches by using the shipping code above.

No exchange is available for end-of-series evening dresses.

In order for us to assist you more quickly, you must contact our team within 3 days from the delivery date before sending the dress back for a size exchange.

Our team will guide you through the process and help determine the correct size for your dress.

The “Dekolte Security Seal” attached to the product must not be removed, torn, or damaged. This seal is designed in a way that does not prevent you from trying on the product; however, if it is removed or damaged, the product will be deemed used and the exchange request will not be approved.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories, if any, complete and intact.

These rules are mandatory to ensure hygiene and product safety. The security seal procedure has been developed to prevent the product from being used before the exchange process is completed.

2. Exchange Conditions

You are entitled to an exchange only in cases of size incompatibility, provided that the requested size is available in stock.

Exchanges are not accepted due to dislike of the model, a wish to change the color, or similar reasons.

To request an exchange:

  • You must contact our customer service within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, with all labels attached, and the “Dekolte Security Seal” must remain intact.
  • The product sent for exchange will be inspected by our quality control team, and once approved, the requested size will be sent depending on stock availability.

3. Security Seal Application and Its Importance

The Dekolte Security Seal is a security band designed to prevent evening dresses from being worn, used, or damaged before an exchange is completed.

The seal does not prevent you from trying the product on at home; however, once it is cut, torn, or removed, it cannot be reattached.

Therefore, products with a removed, damaged, or torn security seal are not eligible for exchange.

This application is mandatory in order to protect both hygiene standards and the re-saleability of the products.

4. Exchange Process

To start your exchange request, you may send an email to [email protected] or contact our customer service team. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with the necessary instructions.

You must send the product with its invoice, in its original box, and with its protective packaging via cargo service.

In cases of incorrect product delivery or defective products, shipping costs will be covered by our company.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, a quality control process will begin. The security seal, hygiene condition, and whether the product has been used will be examined in detail.

5. Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Not Accepted

  • International orders
  • Products with a torn, removed, or damaged security seal
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged
  • End-of-series products
  • Custom-made or specially ordered products
  • Complementary items such as underwear, accessories, shawls, and belts due to hygiene reasons

In such cases, the customer will be informed once the product reaches us, and non-compliant shipments will be returned freight collect.

6. Your Legal Rights and Contact

The conditions stated in this policy do not remove any rights granted to you under the Consumer Protection Law and other relevant legislation.
